Jessica Cima is the founder of Every Little Bit, where she creates small-batch jams and jellies made from hand harvested fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbs grown in her home garden. An award-winning food preservationist and devoted gardener, Jessica brings more than 15 years of experience to everything she grows and produces.
Her approach is rooted in sustainable gardening, thoughtful harvesting, and preserving ingredients at their peak. From vibrant fruit preserves to aromatic culinary herbs grown for chefs and restaurants, every product reflects care taken from soil to harvest. The result is food that is deeply flavorful and balanced, allowing the natural character of each ingredient to shine.
Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree in anthropology, a master’s degree in museum studies, and is a licensed Cottage Food Operator with Food Protection Manager certification. At the heart of Every Little Bit is a simple belief, great food starts with healthy soil and is meant to be shared, with the love and appreciation that goes into every step of its creation.
